Inquiry and website data
Prairie Beacon Sourcing Privacy Policy
This page explains the information requested by the website and the purposes described for its inquiry functions. Prairie Beacon Sourcing is an independent procurement service. Use the inquiry form to ask about a purchase requirement or privacy question; a public email address, office address and telephone contact have not been provided on this site.
Information you choose to submit
The procurement form asks for your name, work email, company, optional telephone number and purchasing requirement. You may also provide a selected product, optional budget, currency, unit basis and supplier preference. Include relevant specifications, quantity and destination, but do not submit payment-card details, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
Optional purchasing controls are combined with the requirement text when the form is serialized for submission. They provide context for reviewing your request. The website does not convert those preferences into a verified supplier grade or a confirmed order.
Purpose and potential recipients
Submitted information is intended to support clarification of your brief, procurement communication and preparation of supplier questions. Discuss which requirement details may be shared with candidate factories or appointed service providers before providing confidential material. The website does not publish your procurement inquiry as a customer case or testimonial.
Browser storage for the support notice
The sourcing-support notice uses local browser storage for the first display timestamp and session storage for the ticker dismissal. The automatic display window is no longer than 7 days from that first timestamp. Session dismissal controls the ticker in the current browser session. These browser values are separate from the procurement form fields and can be cleared through browser settings.
The popup opens when the page is ready during the display window. You can close it using its close control or Escape key. A reduced-motion preference is respected for the website's transitions and animations.
Comments and outside links
Blog comments have a separate comment submission form. Keep personal purchase details out of comments intended for publication. External share links and reference links open services operated by other parties; review their information practices before using them. A reference link does not establish an affiliation with its publisher.
Questions, corrections and retention
Use the contact form to request correction or ask how an inquiry is being handled, identifying the original business contact and request context. Retention arrangements, access to production records and any additional processing terms should be confirmed with the service operator. This website template does not publish a specific retention period, make a data-residency claim or establish that a production submission has been received.
Read the Terms of Service for the boundary between website information, procurement inquiries and separately agreed transactions.
