Requirement review

Describe crop, branch condition, tool form, target cutting capacity and crew use. Record blade, head and handle material plus weight or grip constraints. These details guide the request; they do not establish a supplier's ability to meet it.

Factory reply alignment

Ask each candidate to name the quoted model and complete kit. Keep battery platform, charger, spare blades, pack unit, MOQ and sample terms in the same comparison sheet. Mark every omitted answer as open rather than assuming equivalence.

Document & sample questions

Request operating instructions, parts identification and model-specific supporting documents. Discuss a representative sample evaluation, its price and who records the result. A document title or a sample photograph does not replace checking the actual item.

    Send quantity in units or sets, the destination ZIP or receiving location and the seasonal date. Separate the date needed on site from the requested dispatch date.

    Issue one specification to candidate factories. Record whether each response is a direct match, proposed substitute or incomplete offer; ask permission before accepting a change in battery system.

  3. 03 / Compare

    Normalize currency, unit basis and kit contents. List packing, freight, duties, documentation, inspection and service charges separately when applicable. Ask who handles each cost instead of comparing unlike totals.

  4. 04 / Confirm

    Review the selected configuration, sample findings, commercial terms and outstanding responsibilities. An inquiry is not an order; price, supplier availability and delivery arrangements require separate written agreement.

MOQ, warranty, spare-part availability, inspection and logistics support are confirmed for the specific request.

A premium preference can prioritize documentation and support; a budget-friendly preference can prioritize initial cost. Neither preference is a verified supplier grade. State which requirements are mandatory and which can be traded off.

Prepare the factory brief

Include the task, cutting diameter with unit, blade material, battery model or compatibility needs, charger input, kit contents, order quantity and destination. Add a target budget if useful, with currency and per-unit or whole-order basis.
